Moon Cycle

Mixing our House Gin, Sake, Giffard Creme de Pamplemousse with Angelica Simple creates an accentuated flavor while keeping a sweet simple accent. The beautiful lifting flavors make for a light and refreshing mix. While it's far more complex than it appears, this drink will sooth your senses like a cool refreshing night under the moonlit sky.

Equilibrium

We use equal parts for our drink to symbolize their need for balance and harmony. Our house gin goes well with it's mildness and plays well with our Campari as our Campari is not overly aggressive to the taste. The Dolin Blanc with the softer lighter notes mixing well with the playful grapefruit shrub brings an amazing mix of both sides to each sip. A true balance to your night, a mix of perfect Equilibrium.

Morning and Evening Star

The riff on a whiskey sour that uses barrel finished gin with a Suze as its base. These two ingredients that we have found to have a natural affinity for one another. The two mixed together giving soft sour notes with each sip as the two flow together with our Orange and Lemon juice mix. Topped off with a nice Whipped Meringue on top for a soft and light fluffy feel.

Butterfly Sake

A sweet tasting hot wine made form a nonbarbonated fermented rice. Sweet to the taste as the warmth fills your body from the inside out.

Butterfly Blossom (Beer)

The Butterfly Blossom is a Pinapple and mango inspired drink as with each taste brings the tropical light sweet sensations to the tongue. With the airy fruity smell to the deep violet color, this beer will sure be a treat to your senses.
